Is The Enigma a repeating character? ‘Cause he totally should be. You could even have him trying to save FDR, then being totally amazed: “Dude, you’re a CRIPPLE!”
“I know, I know, just untie me before Crazed Skull comes back!”
“But…your legs! They just hang there!”
[SFX: thumps]
“They’re like noodles or something!”
Then CS and his minions come back and shoot The Enigma.
Well, you’re kind. I love the idea of a superhero completely without superpowers who keeps dying in horrible, completely predictable ways. And if you overlay the “Captain America”-style historical genre, you’ve got a whole other matrix of expectations to utterly fulfill.
